For the people who don’t love having their photo taken (that’s most people, by the way), I keep sessions relaxed, conversational and well-guided.
Nobody needs to know how to pose or what to do with their hands.
That’s my job.
Afterward, each employee gets a private gallery and chooses their two favourite headshots themselves.
The goal is simple: Photos they’re actually excited to use.

Every employee automatically receives my What to Wear guide after booking, with simple advice on what works well on camera and how to prepare in terms of wardrobe, hair, skin, and makeup.

What Employees Can Expect
From booking to delivery

They choose a time
Employees book themselves using the custom booking page I provide.

I keep them on track
They receive confirmations, calendar invites, the What to Wear guide and automatic reminders.

We take some great headshots
I guide each person through a relaxed session, usually around 7–8 minutes.

They choose their favourites
About 24 hours later, they receive a private gallery and choose their two favourite images.
5
I finish everything up and deliver
Each employee receives two fully retouched headshots, with each supplied in three web-ready crops.
No scheduling spreadsheet required.

Your Part is Pretty Simple
Here's how it works:
1 We get everything set up.
I send the contract and invoice and create your custom employee booking page.
2 You send the link.
Your employees book themselves. We’ll do a couple of quick check-ins to see how sign-ups are going.
3 I come to you.
I’ll check out the space beforehand, then bring the complete studio setup to your office on headshot day.
4 I take it from there.
I photograph your team, handle selections and retouching, and send you the finished gallery.
On headshot day, your biggest responsibility might be unlocking a door.

New employees, or anyone who missed headshot day, can book themselves into my Calgary studio. I’ll match the look of your existing team and invoice your company directly.
Company studio sessions are $100 off my regular studio rate.
